Biography

Zack is a litigation attorney who defends physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care professionals in malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. Zack takes a comprehensive and proactive approach to the defense of his clients to achieve the most favorable outcomes on their behalf. He has a proven track record of successfully defending clients at trial in high-value wrongful death claims and in a broad range of health care negligence claims.

In addition to his trial work, Zack represents health care professionals in disciplinary actions and investigations before Ohio's licensing boards.

Zack is also a highly-experienced appellate attorney who has argued before numerous district appellate courts throughout Ohio.
