Winifred is a licensed title agent and underwriting counsel for Mercantile Title Agency, Inc. She has been involved in the title industry since 1991. Her extensive experience and creative problem-solving skills allow her to identify and minimize title risks for transactions of all sizes and complexity for her customers. 

As president, she serves as a strong leader, and consensus builder with her staff and customers. She is always open to listening to diverse opinions, effectively navigating challenging situations and building commitment resulting in successful outcomes for all interested stakeholders.
