His practice has focused heavily on general business representation (both large and small enterprises) and domestic and foreign product distribution counseling and the associated antitrust and trade regulation issues. As part of his business practice, he has been involved in various acquisitions and divestitures, financings, securities transactions, and strategic planning projects.
