Steven R. Bechtel

Biography

For the past several years, Steve has concentrated his practice in alternative dispute resolution as a Commercial Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and FORUM Alternative Dispute Resolution in addition to defending local government officials involving the assessment and collection of property taxes.  During his legal career, Steve has participated as lead counsel in approximately forty Appellate Court decisions covering the areas of Ad Valorem Taxation, interpretation of the Florida Administrative Procedures Act, Healthcare Regulation, Land Use and Intergovernmental Regulations.
