Biography
Carol focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including real estate, contract, shareholder, construction, and employment and labor cases. Carol has experience in all phases of litigation, from trials to appeals. She excels in complex cases, crafted persuasive motions and briefs that require meticulous analysis and innovative strategies. She has authored briefs at all levels of the judicial system, including before the Supreme Courts of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit, and Delaware Court of Chancery. She has extensive experience in written and oral discovery, as well as in resolving discovery disputes.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Carol worked for a law firm that helped to shape her holistic view of her practice. Her experience representing corporate clients, including national companies and local businesses, has given her a deep understanding of business needs. At the same time, she is committed to addressing the needs of individual clients, skillfully guiding them through the complexities of the litigation process with her comprehensive knowledge.
Carol is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.
