Shane Noem is a highly regarded professional political strategist, advocate, and tactician. His collaborative style and tenacity earn him bipartisan respect across the Commonwealth.  His efforts often result in meaningful policy and political accomplishments for his clients and causes. 

Shane is the Founder and President of Roebling Solutions, an established, full-service government relations firm that serves clients ranging from fortune 500 companies to family-owned business and from nonprofits to startups. These clients rely on Shane to help them achieve their short- and long-term policy goals by collaborating with local, state, and federal officials in the Commonwealth and DC.  Roebling leverages their relationships, experience, and integrity to connect their clients with policy makers so they can achieve their goals and, ultimately, long-term success.

Shane has nearly two decades of experience working with and for state, local, and federal government offices, political campaigns and within the Republican Party. These roles have taken him to all of Kentucky’s 120 counties, and most of them twice.  Shane served in senior roles in the re-election campaigns for Senator Mitch McConnell, during which he used his connections and influence to build coalitions, oversee election related legal affairs, facilitate testimonials, media production, and execute high profile events. He also served as the liaison to the Kentucky General Assembly and local government officials. Additionally, Shane served three years as Field Representative in Senator McConnell’s official office, led various political campaigns across the commonwealth, and spent several years in a fundraising and community relations position with the Boy Scouts. 

He currently serves on both the Republican Party of Kentucky Executive Committee and is the chairman of the Kenton County Republican Party Executive Committee. Shane is also as an appointed member on the Board of Ethics for the City of Ft. Mitchell, Boone County Historic Preservation Review Board, and Kentucky Youth Advocates.  He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America’s Dan Beard Council, NKY Chamber of Commerce, Covington Business Council, and Behringer Crawford Museum.

Shane received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Photojournalism from Western Kentucky University and lives in Ft. Mitchell with his wife Tara and three children.
