Biography
Samuel is an associate whose practice focuses on litigation law. His experience includes researching both procedural and substantive issues for bench memoranda, orders, and opinions for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He also drafted memoranda analyzing arguments filed before the court. Samuel received his J.D. from NKU Chase College of Law.
