Biography
Ryan concentrates his practice on real estate with particular emphases on finance and development. His work primarily involves debt financing for the acquisition, refinancing, and construction of real estate projects, including multifamily housing, skilled nursing facilities, medical office buildings and other commercial properties.
He also has significant experience with FHA-insured financing programs. In addition to counseling lenders and borrowers in connection with the closing and maintenance of loans insured by HUD, Ryan assists lenders and developer-owners in navigating transfers of physical assets (TPAs) and replacing the project management of multifamily housing with FHA-insured financing.
