Biography
Robert is an experienced litigator and counselor focusing on tax controversy and complex commercial litigation. Robert has worked with clients in many industries, including manufacturing, software development, insurance, construction, retail, finance, and more.
Robert’s experience in tax controversy includes advocating for companies and shareholders in federal and state audits and examinations. He has experience drafting responses to information document requests and inquiries from IRS service centers, participating in IRS site visits, negotiating agreed adjustments, and appealing audit results.
Robert’s experience in commercial litigation includes all aspects of commercial/contractual disputes, which includes first-party insurance litigation arising from catastrophic events, business torts, professional liability, and warranty claims.
