Richard J. Chernesky

Biography

Dick concentrates his practice in the area of general corporate law, including negotiation, structuring, and consummation of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and reorganizations. He has extensive experience representing family owned and publicly held companies, with emphasis on general corporate and business advice, as well as raising capital through public and private offerings, venture capital financings and real estate syndications.
