Noah  T. Holloway

Biography

Noah Holloway practices in the areas of commercial finance, banking, real estate, and corporate transactions. He represents lenders in complex, commercial real estate transactions involving  healthcare, senior living, long-term care housing, and mixed-use facilities. Noah has represented lenders in connection with conventional loans and insured transactions via the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (“HUD”) LEAN program under Sections 232 and 223(f) of the National Housing Act.

Noah earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and received his B.A. in English from Butler University. He is also an alumni of the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps.

Noah is an avid fitness enthusiast, and enjoys spending his free time skipping rope, weightlifting, and cooking.
