Dinsmore’s Product Liability Group Receives Surprise “Legal Eagle Award” from Toyota Material Handling
With immense pride and gratitude to our friends at Toyota Material Handling (TMH), we are pleased to announce that a team of Dinsmore attorneys has been recognized for their exceptional client service.
Recently, Lexington partners Chris Jackson and Chris Cashen had the privilege of attending TMH’s core counsel meeting in Louisville, Kentucky. The collaborative session concluded with the presentation of TMH's inaugural Legal Eagle Award.
The TMH Legal Team explained that they evaluated each of the firms in attendance on a scale of 1 to 100, considering various criteria. They looked at which firm excelled at anticipating potential issues and advising on unseen challenges. They assessed which firm truly partnered with TMH to understand its goals and the broader picture beyond individual assignments. They also evaluated the quality of service provided and the level of partnership demonstrated. Finally, they considered the attention to detail each firm showed, such as adherence to billing guidelines.
Team Dinsmore scored 99 out of 100.
