Dinsmore Expands Public Finance Group in Pittsburgh
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Elizabeth L. Lynch as of counsel to the firm’s Pittsburgh office, expanding the public finance group. Lynch has spent the last 30 with Eckert Seamans, Cherin & Mellott LLC. Lynch has represented clients operating in higher education, health care and government arenas and has served as bond, underwriter and trustee counsel in connection with complex financing transactions in a highly complex regulatory environment.
Lynch received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and received her B.A. in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. While in law school, she served as an editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
Lynch is a member of the Ladies First professional association, a group of women engaged in the public finance industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and is AV Preeminent rated from Martindale-Hubbell.
