Alan W. Krantz Joins Dinsmore’s Detroit Office
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Alan W. Krantz as an associate of counsel to the firm’s Detroit office. Alan will practice out of the intellectual property practice group.
Alan brings over ten years of intellectual property experience to Dinsmore. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the computer and electrical fields, including applications relating to mobile telephony, wearable computers, multi-function printers, video gaming machines, cryptography, predictive analytics, and Internet of Things. He has also counseled clients on a variety of patent procurement matters, litigated patent infringement matters in federal district courts, and represented clients in trademark oppositions before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
Alan earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.S. from Eastern Michigan University.
