Nainika  Ravichandran

Biography

While in law school, Nainika participated in the intellectual property law clinic, through which she received temporary registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and advised clients on patent, trademark, and copyright matters under the direct supervision of clinic faculty. She conducted comprehensive clearance searches and prior art searches, drafted trademark applications and copyright assignment agreements, and reviewed patent application rejections to brainstorm responses to Office Actions. As a summer associate, she also conducted trademark use investigations and prepared trademark expungement petitions for filing with the USPTO.
