Join us for our fall Breakfast Briefing where Dinsmore’s Labor and Employment attorneys will share what employers need to know about Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) annual reporting requirements, tests and selection criteria pitfalls, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Colleen Lewis will provide an overview of annual EEO reporting requirements.  She also will provide guidance on the proper use of tests and other selection procedures to help employers avoid costly litigation resulting from disparate impact on protected groups.

Faith Whittaker and Michael Mattingly will provide an overview of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as it relates to employers. They will also provide guidance to ensure employers are in compliance with the FCRA when conducting background checks for employees and prospective employees.
