Michael A. Huber

Biography

Mike focuses his practice on a variety of local and national commercial real estate matters and transactions. His background includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, and land use documents as well as performing real estate and title due diligence. Mike represents clients in a variety of industries in both zoning and entitlement matters. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021.

Since joining Dinsmore in 2021, Mike has had the pleasure of working as outside real estate counsel for retail and multi-family real estate developers, along with publicly traded corporations in the transportation, natural resource, retail shopping, and manufacturing industries.

Outside of his practice, Mike is involved in a number of Cincinnati-area non-profits, with a specific focus on mentoring at-risk youth.
