Mia Conner

Biography

Mia focuses her practice on commercial litigation, specifically in the consumer financial services industry. She has experience handling complex, contested real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure cases in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia’s state and federal courts. She counsels clients on litigation and settlement strategies resulting in practical solutions for local and national clients.

Mia also collaborates with clients on policy creation that has jurisdiction-wide impacts. She is a frequent lead panelist at national banking industry educational seminars and a continuing presenter at numerous banking industry functions focusing on bankruptcy, foreclosure, client education, and compliance. She is a past Chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Real Property Committee and Bankruptcy Committee. Mia is also an Arbitrator with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.
