Megan  E.  Bowling

Biography

Megan is a part of the Firm's business, acquisitions and securities practice group. Prior to law school, Megan worked in Cincinnati and New York City for several non-profit and for-profit organizations in donor and client development roles, which gave her insight to the challenges that entrepreneurs, business leaders, and other executives face on a regular basis. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where her involvement included serving as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, Vice Chair of the Student Legal Education Committee, Co-Social Chair of UC Women in Law, and a Legal Intern for the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. As a Legal Intern for the Clinic, she gained first-hand experience helping small businesses and non-profits with their legal matters.

Outside of the office, Megan is involved in music and theatre performance and education. She enjoys serving with various local non-profits and exploring Cincinnati’s many beautiful running trails.
