Margarita Petrosyan

Biography

Margarita is a labor and employment attorney who represents employers in workplace disputes and advises on compliance with state and federal employment laws. She has a diverse background in litigation, handling complex commercial and civil disputes. She is experienced in assisting with trial preparation in both state and federal court, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery, and advising on pre-litigation strategy.

Margarita earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a senior editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She served as a judicial extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit with Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw, where she gained experience in judicial decision-making and appellate review.
