Biography
Madison’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. She has deal team experience ranging from small to multi-million dollar transactions. Her experience also includes advising clients on general corporate governance, as well as guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and private placements. Madison also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts for a variety of clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, to protect their business needs related to distribution, technology, and intellectual property matters, as well as their relationships with their manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Drawing on her for-profit corporate experience, Madison also aids non-profit clients by counseling them through the complexities of charitable organization, tax exemption applications, and state regulatory registrations.
Madison spends her time away from the office with her dog, Bramble, who was adopted from the Dayton Humane Society.
