Biography
Maci is a commercial finance and banking attorney with a national practice focused on multifamily and affordable housing finance. She represents investors, syndicators, lenders and developers across the country in structuring and closing complex debt and equity transactions involving state and federal tax credits and multiple layers of public and private financing, including tax-exempt bonds and state and local loan and grant programs.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Maci worked at a national law firm where she advised corporate clients on a myriad of commercial real estate matters with a focus on affordable housing development and tax credit syndication. Maci’s diverse legal experience informs the holistic approach she takes to advising her clients. This breadth of experience helped form Maci’s strong skill set as both a strategic adviser and as a strong communicator to the greater benefit of her clients. Maci effectively manages her client’s transactions, and works directly with all involved parties to ensure successful and time and cost-saving outcomes.
