Evan Buckley Joins Dinsmore’s Lexington Office
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to welcome associate M. Evan Buckley to the business, acquisitions, and securities group in Lexington.
Buckley is an accomplished regulatory and business attorney focusing his practice on complex licensing, administrative compliance, corporate governance and civil litigation matters, particularly in the utility and alcohol industries.
Buckley has practiced extensively before the Kentucky Public Service Commission and has regularly assisted utilities and other businesses execute detailed compliance and growth strategies. Buckley also works extensively with individuals and businesses involved in the alcohol industry and has often represented microbreweries and others in licensing, compliance government relations, and various other matters. Dinsmore currently represents breweries, distilleries, wineries, cider companies and other alcoholic beverage producers across the U.S. and internationally in business, regulatory, intellectual property and litigation matters. Dinsmore attorneys have represented these entities from every stage of their business, from formation to operation to final sale or closure.
Buckley earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, and he received his B.S. in political science with a concentration in law and public policy from the University of Louisville. He has been selected by Super Lawyers for the Kentucky Rising Stars list for the past five years and is a graduate of Commerce Lexington’s Leadership Lexington Program.
