Biography
Luke understands the value of clients’ intellectual property rights, and he assists clients in securing, protecting and enforcing those rights across a range of industries. He advises on many aspects of IP law, with particular emphasis on trademark clearance and prosecution in the U.S. and abroad, trademark enforcement, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, anti-counterfeiting and gray market goods, U.S. Customs, copyrights and domain name and Internet-related issues.
