Biography
When Lindsey builds a client’s defense, she tailors her approach based on individual needs. As a litigator, she is experienced defending companies, including health care providers, long-term care facilities, trucking and transportation companies, manufacturers, distributors, and other licensed professionals. Some of these clients have faced previous lawsuits and need her to find a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible. Others are small businesses that want to know what’s happening every step of the way. In both cases, she strives to provide clients what they need and expect.
Lindsey represents small businesses and multinational companies in claims involving product liability, professional liability, transportation, health care, pharmaceutical, medical device, wrongful death, and other issues in state and federal courts. At the start of each case, she works quickly to assemble everything needed to assist in her client’s defense while also working to understand that business’ long-term and short-term needs. She understands a case’s outcome will affect the livelihood of her client and its employees, and she considers that through each step of the process.
