Lexie Elder

Biography

Lexie is a seasoned commercial litigator who is focused on delivering strategic solutions to her clients in highly complex legal disputes. Her extensive litigation experience includes breaches of contract, restrictive covenants, fraud, unfair competition, and alleged violations under the Defend Trade Secrets Act and Lanham Act, in both state and federal courts and in the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Working with a diverse range of clients, from large corporations to small businesses, Lexie excels in managing client matters from start to finish, conducting thorough legal research, developing comprehensive case strategies, and maintaining proactive communication. Respected for her responsiveness and availability, Lexie ensures successful legal outcomes tailored to each client's unique needs, tolerances and objectives through dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and effective representation in depositions, mediations, and discovery proceedings.
