Leslie A. Evans

Biography

Leslie focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate. Since joining the practice of law, she has become a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex commercial real estate transactions and related matters. She represents property owners, purchasers, landlords, and tenants in complex real property sales and acquisitions and commercial leasing transactions, and she also provides counsel on various property management, development, ad valorem taxation, and due diligence and title matters. She also has experience representing governmental agencies and private property owners in condemnation litigation.

In addition to her commercial real estate practice, Leslie assists with the representation of a large hospital system in Central Florida in general corporate and business matters including intellectual property and technology related transactions.
