Biography
Leah’s practice has been dedicated to workers' compensation law for more than 20 years, and her extensive experience includes representation of both employers and individual employees. Employers continue to turn to Leah for her comprehensive understanding of compensation matters. She has represented clients in administrative proceedings before various state and federal agencies, in courts throughout Ohio, and advocated for client interests in federal workers' compensation appeals. Her work frequently involves complex appellate matters, including mandamus actions.
Leah has also assisted individuals as they navigate the intricacies of the workers' compensation system, providing considered representation to injured workers seeking benefits and to ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process. To every case, Leah brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach that leverages her deep understanding of state and federal compensation laws to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her legal education and practice, Leah holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology. She continues to focus on providing compassionate and strategic counsel to those facing challenges related to workplace injuries.
