Laura focuses her practice on health care counseling and transactions, as well as corporate counseling. She provides strategic guidance in helping health care providers and business owners reach their objectives, advising on a variety of transactions for providers of all sizes, including hospitals, health plans, and health care companies. This includes joint ventures, leasing, and the buying and selling of hospitals, physician groups, and other health care entities. She also advises clients on issues ranging from HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance to vendor agreements, employment contracts, overpayment issues, government investigations, and state and federal licensing.
