Law 360: Allison Goico Discusses How Religious Exemptions Broaden

The U.S. Supreme Court expanded the limits of their ruling that religious employers are exempt from Title VII and other laws. Dinsmore's Labor and Employment Co-Cair Allison Goico talked with Law 360 about a recent case, Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru, and how future cases will be determined. "Courts are broadening it a bit because Our Lady of Guadalupe broadened it a bit, but how far they're going to take it will vary by the nature of the judge and the nature of the circuit," said Goico.
