Dinsmore's Hayley Geiler Clancy Receives the Federal Bar Association's PLEDGE Recognition

Dinsmore labor and employment attorney Hayley Geiler Clancy has received the Federal Bar Association's PLEDGE recognition from the John W. Peck Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter.

PLEDGE stands for Promoting Lawyer Excellence & Driving Gender Equality and was established to draw attention to gender issues and, specifically, to encourage women to remain in the practice of law. The Gender Equity Task Force developed PLEDGE to spotlight emerging women in litigation and in the legal profession as a whole.  In 2023, the Gender Equity Task Force merged into the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. The Diversity & Inclusion Committee seeks to continue the work of the Gender Equity Task Force and believes in supporting and retaining today’s talented women lawyers so they can become tomorrow’s leaders and advocates.

Hayley's award was earned through feedback from colleagues that spoke to her exceptional legal talent and skill, as well as her commitment to the profession and her community. She will be recognized, alongside a select few, at an event in their honor May 25 in Cincinnati.
