Ashley Pack Takes Reins in Charleston as Youngest Female Office Managing Partner

Ashley C. Pack has been named the office managing partner of Dinsmore’s Charleston office, making her the firm’s youngest woman in such a role.

“This is a huge honor,” Pack said. “I am excited to work with the attorneys and staff here in Charleston, continuing to build on our reputation and service to the community. I am also eager to work with and develop our young lawyers.”

Pack, a partner at Dinsmore, is a labor and employment lawyer. She is AV-rated, listed in the Best Lawyers®, Super Lawyers® and has been ranked in Chambers USA each of the past two years. She was selected by the Benchmark Litigation's "Under 40 Hot List," graduated from Leadership WV and is a frequent speaker and writer. She also received the 2017 Most Valuable Member award from the Kentucky Press Association, which recognizes the individual who has performed the most outstanding service to the KPA.

Active in the community, Pack sits on various nonprofit boards, including state lead for West Virginia for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, secretary for the Foundation for Thomas Health Systems, and is the past president of Children’s Therapy Clinic.

Pack’s vision for Dinsmore in Charleston centers around continuing the growth that has made Dinsmore a go-to firm in its market. Pack plans to add attorneys who bring additional expertise to the local office, as well as developing and growing the departments to serve the West Virginia market.

“We are a full-service firm. I want build on our success to further broaden Charleston’s ability to serve our clients,” she said.

Pack has set her sights on the continued branding of Dinsmore in the West Virginia market. She wants to showcase the firm’s availability for everyone’s needs while creating a culture that makes people want to come work for Dinsmore.

“Following Anna Dailey’s lead--Anna was a huge cheerleader for everyone in our office,” Pack said. “She was willing to listen and help with any concern that came her way. I, too, plan to be available as a promoter of our attorneys, both professionally and personally. I am thrilled and ready to embark on this opportunity.”
