Kyler  J. Palmer

Biography

Kyler focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in federal court and all levels of Ohio state courts, including the Supreme Court of Ohio. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Kyler worked for a small general practice firm where he advised and represented clients in the areas of estate and trust administration; estate planning; elder law and Medicaid planning; family law; and abuse, neglect and dependency proceedings in juvenile court. 

In addition to Kyler’s dedication to serving his clients, he makes certain to stay active in his community. To name a few of his involvements, he works each election as a Polling Location Supervisor through the Montgomery County Board of Elections and sits on the business advisory committee for Edison State Community College.
