Kinsey  M.  Novak Booth

Biography

Kinsey graduated Order of the Coif from West Virginia University College of Law. Before pursuing her legal career, Kinsey worked full-time as a registered nurse where she gained clinical experience that informs her knowledge of complex healthcare systems and issues.

During law school, Kinsey was an active member of the West Virginia Law Review and the United States Supreme Court Clinic. As part of the Supreme Court Clinic, she served as counsel of record for the clinic’s oral argument in the case of Alexander v. Connor, 105 F.4th 174 (4th Cir. 2024), where the case was successfully vacated and remanded in favor of the appellant.
