Biography
Joseph focuses his practice on general litigation, tax controversy, and tax litigation. His experience includes practicing Criminal Law, Tax Controversy for individuals against the Internal Revenue Service and various State Revenue Departments, Debt Collection, and General Litigation.
He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and a Guardian Ad Litem through the Orange County Legal Aid Society. Joseph received his J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he was awarded Highest Pro Bono Honors for 100+ hours of legal service while he was a student. He graduated with an LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he focused on Estate Planning and Tax Controversy.
