Biography
Jeremy is a litigator who focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He has represented companies in a variety of employment lawsuits, including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, wage and hour class and collective actions, and employment discrimination. His practice also includes conducting internal investigations and responding to administrative charges of discrimination and retaliation.
Beyond labor and employment matters, Jeremy has represented clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including prosecuting and defending civil actions in the areas of healthcare, mass torts, business torts, and consumer protection laws. He has significant experience developing and presenting complex and novel legal arguments.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Jeremy litigated employment and other civil cases at national and international law firms and served as law clerk to United States District Judge Timothy S. Black.
