Biography
For more than 17 years, Jennifer has dedicated her career to advocating on behalf of employers in matters of workers’ compensation and employment-related claims. She focuses on representing and advising a diverse array of national clients, spanning industries such as industrial leasing, skilled temporary companies, heavy equipment operation, restaurants, construction, foundries, healthcare facilities, manufacturing, and factories, offering valuable insights into employment and workers’ compensation concerns.
Jennifer's legal acumen extends to both the Common Pleas and Appellate Courts of Ohio and Indiana, where she defends her clients. She also appears before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission, standing up for employers' rights and interests.
Jennifer is a speaker at Ohio Chambers of Commerce gatherings and Bureau of Workers' Compensation safety seminars. Additionally she delivers seminars tailored for employers, industry trade groups, and third-party administrators throughout the state. Since 2015, Jennifer has been a distinguished presenter at the Ohio BWC Safety Congress, enlightening participants on critical topics like drug testing and other pertinent workers' compensation matters..
