Jenna J. Pletcher

Biography

Jenna focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on consumer finance and banking litigation. She has experience defending banks, mortgage lenders, and loan servicers against consumer finance claims, and has guided clients through all stages of litigation. Early in her career, Jenna worked as a legal intern for Judge Michael Watson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where she assisted with legal research and provided support on a range of complex legal issues, including evidentiary disputes, commercial contract claims, and criminal matters. 

While in law school, Jenna also participated in the Civil Law Clinic at Ohio State University, where she focused on resolving construction contracting disputes. She also served as a Publishing Editor for the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.

A native of Norton, Ohio, Jenna now resides in Akron, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, attending Guardians games, and baking.
