Biography
Jasleen focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. With her significant experience in pre-trial litigation, including defending fact and expert witness depositions, drafting critical dispositive and pre-trial motions, coordinating national discovery, and managing all aspects of trial preparation, Jasleen has the skills necessary to help clients navigate even the most complex litigation, from intake to resolution.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Jasleen worked at a national law firm defending complex products liability and mass torts claims in both state and federal court, including in multi-district litigation.
Jasleen is no stranger to the courtroom. She previously served as first chair and has tried dozens of misdemeanor bench trials as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office.
