Biography
James focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, and companies in the insurance and commercial sectors across a variety of complex litigation matters ranging from premises liability to negligence issues to breach of contract actions. He has significant experience in conducting complex legal research, drafting novel motions, and appearing before state and federal court on behalf of his clients.
Clients appreciate James’ strategic counsel as well as his case management abilities. For multiple clients, James managed a large caseload of more than 400 litigation matters, and he has negotiated high value cases with opposing counsel to reach amicable settlements and resolved cases through mediation and arbitration to reach outcomes favorable to his clients.
James is an active resident and local of the Tampa Bay area. He has been involved in the St. Petersburg Bar Association and Defense Organizations in Florida. James received his Juris Doctor and Master’s in Business Administration from Stetson University.
