Biography
Jacob is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on commercial finance, corporate, and real estate transactions. His experience includes drafting and analyzing contracts, corporate governance documents, and other negotiable instruments to help clients advance their interests. His practice involves advising lenders and borrowers on complex loan transactions and counselling businesses and other stakeholders through transactional and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Jacob interned with FedEx Ground’s in-house counsel, both prior to and during law school, where he worked on business transactions and legal compliance matters. He also interned with the Blockchain Association - a trade association representing the digital asset and blockchain industries based in Washington, D.C. – assisting with regulatory research and advocacy.
