Dinsmore Chicago Attorneys Named 2019 Super Lawyers

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce two of its attorneys have been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2019. Attorneys on the Super Lawyers list are selected by a multi-phase process that takes into account independent research, peer evaluations and professional achievement. The exclusive list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys.

Dinsmore Chicago Rising Stars are:

Timothy L. Binetti is a partner in Dinsmore’s litigation department and serves as business and legal counselor to large financial services corporations, services companies, privately held businesses, and state and regulatory bodies. He has experience defending businesses in a variety of areas and works closely with clients to structure and execute strategies that meet their needs, whether seeking early resolution or preparing for trial.

Sean T. Price is an associate in Dinsmore’s intellectual property department and counsels clients on acquiring, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights. He advises clients, including multinational retail corporations, on trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and trademark licensing, and drafts and negotiates copyright licenses and software-as-a-service agreements. He also reviews licensing agreements following significant changes, such as new ownership structures, and, when necessary, pitches amendments to ensure the licensing agreements are current and accurate.
