Biography
Ian has over fifteen years of experience in commercial, medical malpractice, and civil defense litigation. He has defended healthcare corporations and healthcare providers in complex medical and corporate negligence litigation across the United States. He also represents clients in professional negligence, insurance coverage disputes, transportation, and general negligence matters.
He graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South (2005), receiving summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He is also a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law (2009), where he was a published member of the Kentucky Law Journal.
Ian volunteers his time at his kids’ schools, the Legal Aid Society’s Domestic Violence Advocacy Program, and Project H.E.L.P.
