Gina  Kripotos

Biography

Gina is a skilled litigator who focuses her practice on complex business litigation, privacy litigation, and consumer finance litigation. Gina is highly regarded for her competence and exceptional legal skills, including her strong written and oral advocacy, efficiency, strategic thinking, and sound judgment. Gina's clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local small businesses, representing a wide range of industries and needs.

Gina handles individual and class action matters in both federal and state court. Gina's experience includes defending corporate clients against lawsuits brought under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act , and the California Invasion of Privacy Act. Gina also advises and litigates matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, shareholder claims, personal injury, and premise liability.
