Cincinnati State Names Dinsmore's George Vincent as New Board Chair
Dinsmore Chairman and Managing Partner George Vincent is the new chairman of the Cincinnati State Technical and Community College board of trustees. The Cincinnati Business Courier covered the story, an excerpt of which is below.
George Vincent, managing partner and chairman of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, headquartered at 255 E. Fifth St. downtown, succeeds outgoing chair and Cincinnati State alumnus Mark Walton, the university said in a release. Vincent joined Cincinnati State’s board in 2014 and has served as its vice chair since 2018.
Monica Posey, president of Cincinnati State, said Vincent will continue to help guide the college’s student success and economic standing in the region.

Cincinnati State’s board, which is responsible for the college’s operations and works with its president and administrative team, includes nine members who are appointed by the governor to serve six-year terms.
