Ethan concentrates his practice on commercial finance and banking. His past experience in public accounting, where he encountered a variety of business tax issues, enables him to manage complex financial transactions. Ethan received his law degree from Capital University Law School, where he served as a Note Editor for the Capital University Law Review and completed an externship at the Supreme Court of Ohio.
