Biography
Esha works with a variety of clients to handle commercial, employment, and general litigation matters.
She has successfully defended companies in multiple state and federal courts, as well as charges in front of the West Virginia Human Rights Commission and other administrative bodies.
Esha places a premium on partnering with her clients to learn their operations and culture as she builds a strategy to suit their needs.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Esha served as a law clerk for Judge Susan B. Tucker, Circuit Court Judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit. She uses her unique view from behind the bench to better serve her clients.
