Eric focuses his practice on corporate counseling, with significant experience in complex contract development, review and negotiation. He also has experience advising on corporate transactions as well as cybersecurity and data privacy matters.  Eric consistently develops strong relationships and prides himself on the quality of work and value that he provides to all clients.

He has experience working with healthcare providers and is adept at advising on industry rules and regulations. He also deals in consultant advising on Medicaid policy, regulatory compliance and systems development and integration.

Eric previously served as Assistant Prosecutor in the Civil Division for Licking County (Newark, Ohio) where he advised government clients on a variety of issues pertinent to political subdivisions such as sunshine law litigation, land use and zoning. He has significant experience advising clients on public improvements and complex economic development projects.
