E. Joseph Kremp

Biography

Joe focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and investments across a variety of asset classes, with extensive experience in structuring complex joint venture relationships, public-private partnerships and private equity placements. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate and borrowers in commercial finance transactions. His clients include a diverse cross-section of national and regional real estate development companies and privately-held organizations.

Earlier in his career, Joe held positions as in-house counsel to a national non-bank lender and as general counsel to a health care specialty finance company.

Joe has served as a member of the firm's Board of Directors and was a member of the Management Committee of his predecessor law firm.  He currently serves as chair of the firm’s Investments Committee.
