Biography
Don is an associate whose practice focuses on employment and labor law as well as education law, including representing private employers, school districts, colleges, and universities. Don’s experience includes representing employers and educational institutions in the private and public sectors throughout the litigation process involving a variety of claims. Don assists clients with a variety of litigation and non-litigation issues, such as advice relating to employee policies, employment discrimination and retaliation, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Kentucky Whistleblower Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, Title IX, and constitutional claims. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
